All Artwork listed on the website by an Artist, an Art Gallery, a Curator or a Collector is accompanied by a detailed description and by the price. An Artwork is an original work of art that the artist has created. It is a unique, one-‐off piece that will not be replicated. A decision to make a claim will be taken by YepArt.com and will be binding on the seller and on the buyer. How is an Artwork priced?

The rate that is displayed on the Artwork page is the rate that the Seller Member wants to sell it at. The Seller Member therefore fixes the rate and YepArt.com adds no mark-‐up. All sellers are advised to price their Artwork at the right level, be realistic and competitive to sell the artwork rather than have it remain unsold. Packing, forwarding, shipping and insurance costs as also taxes that are dependent on the item and its shipping destination are displayed as additions to the listed rate.

How much of each sale does the seller receive?

YepArt.com will list the Artwork at the recommended selling rate by the Seller Member. YepArt.com will purchase the Artwork from the Seller at the payable rate agreed between the Seller and YepArt.com. YepArt.com will credit the Seller bank account the agreed payable rate.

Why is a discount being deducted from my payout?

At sign-‐up, we had informed you that YepArt.com reserves the right to promote and market your artwork through the use of sales and/or discounts. At each time that a discount is contemplated, YepArt.com would have contacted you for specific permission to offer the discount or to participate in a particular sale / promotion and that is deducted from your payout. The sale or discount amount will apply to the listed price of an artwork.

Can multiple sellers sell an artist’s work? What if an Art Gallery is representing the artist?

Yes, of course. An Artist Member can sell his/her own works on YepArt.com and a different set of works by that artist can be sold through the Art Galleries that represent that artist. We are happy to have an artist, with gallery representation, become a YepArt.com Member. We recommend that Artists Members work with their Art Galleries to ensure that they exhibit their artwork on the website.

Similarly, Member Curators can include the artist in their Curated Online Exhibitions so long as a different set of works is displayed.

Member Collectors can sell work that they have collected earlier from that artist. If the artist is a current member then YepArt.com strongly recommends that the Collector get the Artist Member to verify the Artwork thus ensuring its authenticity.
